Rebecca Arnold

Rebecca Arnold has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Currently, they are a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at advancing women in leadership roles. Prior to this, they held various positions at Aptean, a global provider of enterprise software solutions. Rebecca served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources Americas and Global Strategic Programs. Additionally, they worked at North Highland, where they held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Business Alignment, Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner, Director of Performance and Rewards, and Human Resources Manager. Their responsibilities included talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational design, and system implementation.

Rebecca Arnold attended The University of Georgia from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a field of study in Journalism.
