Starlene Scott has an extensive background in project management and construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities. Starlene has held several senior positions throughout their career, including Director of Client Relations at APTIM, Senior Project Manager at STV, Senior Director of Design & Construction at NYC Health + Hospitals, Regional Manager at NYC Department of Design and Construction, Deputy Program Director at NYC Department of Design and Construction, and Administrative Construction Project Manager at NYC Housing Authority. Starlene has successfully managed multiple renovation and construction projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and teams. Starlene is skilled at leading projects from concept to completion and has a strong commitment to risk mitigation and loss prevention.

Starlene Scott attended the New York Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2009. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1986, they studied Pre-Veterinary Studies at the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as OSHA 30 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in February 2022 and became a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in December 2017.
