Lincoln Fellingham has extensive work experience in technology leadership roles. Lincoln started their career in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Aviation Research Corporation, where they led the design and development of a simulation software package. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as the Principal of Software Development at Sequel Systems, managing a development team for the company's flagship product suite.

In 1999, Lincoln joined Sprint as the Manager of eCommerce Strategy & B2B Integration, where they built and implemented the approach, team, and infrastructure for opening Sprint's internal IT portfolio to customers and partners using Web Services technologies. Lincoln successfully integrated over 100 companies and supported over 100 million B2B transactions per month during their tenure.

Starting in 2008, Lincoln worked at Wirevibe as a Consulting Architect, where they led the architecture design and development of a multichannel digital business for Blockbuster. This included various functionalities like account and device management, digital rights management, billing, and customer service. Lincoln also managed a joint onsite and offshore development team.

From 2013 to the present, Lincoln served as the Vice President of Technology at aptitude LLC, a hospital supply chain marketplace. In this role, they led all technology functions, including team recruitment, culture building, software development process design, and technology strategy guidance for the company.

Most recently, Lincoln worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Capital Works LLC from 2019 to 2022. Lincoln led the technology buildout for a FinTech company in the capital markets business, building an AWS cloud marketplace to connect private businesses with capital providers. The company was sold to JPMorgan within 22 months of its launch.
