Andrea Eichelberg

Andrea Eichelberg is a highly experienced human resources leader with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various global HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Aptiv, Andrea provides strategic HR partnership to key executives and oversees HR operations for approximately 2,000 employees. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at thyssenkrupp Elevator Europe Africa, Global Director of Human Resources at Visteon, and Executive HR Director at Johnson Controls Automotive, among others. Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Duesseldorf and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna.
