Karolos Mishreky

Karolos Mishreky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and cost reduction, currently serving as the Cost Reduction Lead at Aptiv since October 2019, where significant achievements include surpassing target goals year over year while managing a team of over 10 resident engineers for more than 10 General Motors programs. Prior to Aptiv, Karolos held roles at Bosch as a Design Release Engineer and Chassis Engineer, providing on-site customer support and resolving technical issues. Additional experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineer and Co-op at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, where responsibilities included testing modules and assisting technicians, and an internship at MacDermid Performance Solutions focused on chemical solutions for performance. Karolos holds a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
