Kenneth Bandhoe

Kenneth Bandhoe is a seasoned professional in automotive safety and engineering with extensive experience in functional safety, system safety, and vehicle systems engineering. Currently serving as the Functional Safety Technical Lead at Aptiv since November 2018, Kenneth has contributed to the System and Product Vehicle Architecture and managed safety and security challenges related to autonomous vehicles. As the CEO of BAESIS Automotive BV, Kenneth has been instrumental in advancing automotive safety solutions and developing a safety formal language framework for self-driving vehicles. Previous roles include Functional Safety Lead for various automotive suppliers, Department Head of Electronics at U SHIN Access Mechanisms, and freelance IT Consultant. Kenneth holds a BS in Automotive Technology from the University of Automotive Engineering and has a strong background in software process improvement, safety management, and system architecture.
