Merwin Jude John Felix

Merwin Jude John Felix currently serves as an Engineering Project Lead at Aptiv since December 2021. Previously, Merwin held the position of Problem Resolution Manager at APTIV SERVICES DEUTSCHLAND GMBH from September 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional Problem Management Team for the L3/L4 Autonomous driving project at BMW and managing ASPICE assessments. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Scrum Master and System Resident Engineer at Aptiv from October 2017 to September 2019, focusing on Agile methodologies and customer interface management. Merwin began their career as an AUTOSAR Engineer at INVENSITY GmbH from 2012 to 2016, conducting research and implementation for AUTOSAR as part of a master’s thesis. Merwin holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule Darmstadt and a Bachelor of Engineering from Velammal Engineering College.
