Damon Lilly

Damon Lilly has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Damon began their career as a Marketing Associate for University Frames, where they successfully developed and implemented marketing strategies to increase diploma frame sales. Damon then worked as an Outside Sales Team Leader for University Directories, where they excelled in B2B sales and advertising. Damon later interned as a Financial Adviser at Edward Jones, gaining valuable insights into the stock market and financial industry. Damon also worked as an Assistant Manager, Technician, and Sales Associate at CPR Cell Phone Repair, showcasing their technical and managerial skills. Damon further demonstrated their aptitude for business during their internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they gained hands-on experience in management and sales. Additionally, they worked as a Private Equity - Alternative Investments Intern at Seahawk Innovation, where they assisted in analyzing prospective companies and negotiating service contracts with investors. Damon's most recent role was at Aptive Environmental, where as a Vice President of Sales, they oversaw operations and successfully led a team of sales representatives to exceed revenue targets. Damon Lilly has an education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. Damon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Damon graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors in 2015. Prior to that, Damon attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College from 2010 to 2013 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Damon also holds a high school diploma from Resurrection Christian Academy, which they obtained in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Damon has obtained certifications such as the Series 66 from NASAA in October 2015 and the Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in September 2015.
