Hannah Fronk is an experienced professional with a background in event coordination, customer service, and member experience. Currently serving as Member Experience Lead and Office Associate at Kiln since August 2020, Hannah previously worked at Whitmore Global Management Center as an Event Coordinator, where responsibilities included planning and executing significant events and communicating international study opportunities. Additional experience includes internships in event management and recreation, along with prior roles at Flower Patch, where Hannah designed floral arrangements and resolved customer satisfaction issues. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Experience Design and Management from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Management from Brigham Young University.
