Paul Cave has a diverse work experience in various educational and instructional design roles. Paul started as a Spanish Teacher and Curriculum Developer at the Missionary Training Center from 2009 to 2013. Later, they worked as a Teacher at the Church Educational System from 2013 to 2014. Paul then joined Brigham Young University as a Faculty member, teaching English courses from 2015 to 2019, where they also developed digital materials and programs for grammar instruction. Following that, they served as an Instructor at PACE International Academy from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, Paul worked as an Instructional Design Intern at Extra Space Storage, where they gained experience in collaborating with stakeholders, using various authoring tools, and staying updated with industry techniques and trends. Currently, they hold the role of Instructional Designer at Aptive Environmental starting from 2022.
Paul Cave has a strong educational background focused on instructional design and English teaching. Paul obtained an Executive Certificate in Instructional Design from Liberty University in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts degree in English Teaching with an emphasis on ESL at Brigham Young University from 2013 to 2016. Paul'sundergraduate studies were also completed at Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Paul Cave has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills in various areas. Paul completed certification programs such as Learning Audacity, PowerPoint Essential Training, Articulate Storyline Essential Training, and Instructional Design: Storyboarding through LinkedIn in 2021.
