Tim Huntzberry

Tim Huntzberry has been working in talent acquisition for over 10 years. Tim started out as an electrical analyst at Kolb Electric, before moving into the role of senior technical recruiter for CACI International Inc. in 2012. In this role, they specialized in recruiting for cyber contracts. Tim was promoted to senior talent acquisition advisor at Peraton in 2019, and then to director of talent acquisition at DecisionPoint Corporation in 2020. Tim is currently in the same role at Aptive Resources. Tim has experience managing teams of recruiters, and has also been responsible for process improvement initiatives and recruiter training.

Tim Huntzberry has completed coursework in custom search engines and recruiter training through the Association of Internet Researchers and Fearless Cold Calling and Contracting. Tim also has a certificate in electrical wiring and theory from James Rumsey Vocational School.

They work with Shakir Babb - Creative Director, Rachael Levine - Director, Knowledge Management, and Neal Levene - Director, Bid & Proposals. Their manager is Rachele Cooper, Founder & CEO.
