Dominic Cheung

Dominic Cheung has over 30 years of work experience. Dominic began their career in 1990 as an Engineer at BME Systems, Inc. Dominic then moved to The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as a Programmer/Analyst in 1993. In 1995, they began working at SEI Information Technology as a System Architect. In 1997, they became a Systems Architect at the Los Angeles Times. Dominic then moved to Overture Services, Inc. as a Senior Development Manager in 1999. In 2003, they began working at Yahoo, Inc. as a Director of Engineering. In 2009, they became VP Engineering, Ad Delivery at AT&T Interactive / YP. In 2019, they began working at Vertical Finance, Inc. as Chief Architect. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Apto Payments as SVP Engineering and Chief Architect.

Dominic Cheung attended The Johns Hopkins University, where they obtained a MS in Computer Science and an MSE in Biomedical Engineering. Dominic also obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
