Seth Stapleton

Seth Stapleton has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Seth began their career as a Fire Fighter in the United States Air Force from July 2001 to April 2005. During this time, they demonstrated leadership skills by leading a four-person firefighting team and ensuring the safety of victims, property, and their team.

Following their military service, Stapleton worked as a Commercial Diver from 2006 to 2015. Seth started as a tender, gained valuable topside skills, and eventually became a lead tender and diver at Tiburon Divers, later known as Ranger Offshore. Seth also earned a mixed gas ADCI certification during their time with Ranger Offshore.

In 2011, Stapleton ventured into entrepreneurship and became the President and CFO of Quantum Light Bulbs, a startup LED lighting manufacturing company. Seth focused on providing customers with affordable and high-quality residential lighting solutions.

In 2015, Stapleton founded SAS Data Retrieval, a wholesale court records research company. As the President and CEO, they prioritized constant communication, impeccable accuracy, and fast turn-around times to establish the company as a leading provider in the background check industry.

Recently, in 2021, Stapleton has taken on the role of President at Aptos Screening, where they continue to bring their leadership and management skills to the forefront.

Seth Stapleton holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Prelaw, which they obtained from Kaplan University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Marine Diving Technician at Santa Barbara City College from 2005 to 2006. In 2001 to 2002, Seth attended the Louis F. Garland Fire Academy, where they studied Fire Science and became a certified Fire Fighter. Additionally, Seth obtained a certificate of completion for the NAPBS Criminal Research Provider Exam from NAPBS in March 2019.
