Solomon Tesfaye

Solomon Tesfaye is an accomplished finance and business development professional currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets at Aptos Labs since July 2024. Previously, Solomon held leadership roles at tZERO Group, Inc., including Head of Business Development and Capital Markets and Vice President of Business Development and Capital Markets, where contributions included overseeing investment banking initiatives. Solomon's early career at Citi involved various positions in investment banking, culminating in a role as an Investment Banker. In addition to finance, Solomon has a strong background in quality operations, having worked at Edwards Lifesciences as a Technical Supervisor, managing quality oversight for significant heart therapy products. Solomon is also a co-founder of StingyCampus.com, LLC and has mentored startups through the Cornell eLab Accelerator. Academic credentials include an MBA in Investment Banking from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an MBA from Esade, and a BS in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
