Mark Bolen has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mark started their career at Rogers Business Solutions in 2002 as a Senior Sales Engineer and remained with the company until 2007. In 2008, they joined TELoIP Inc as the Director of Sales Engineering and Operations. After that, they moved to Cogeco Data Services in 2009 and held the position of Sales Engineer until 2011. Mark was then promoted to the role of Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing CDS's Managed Services and exploring the company's Cloud strategy. In 2012, Mark joined Aptum as the Manager of Customer Experience, where they oversaw the Service Managers and ensured customer satisfaction. Mark was later promoted to the position of Director of Service Assurance, Engineering, and NOC in 2019.
Mark Bolen attended Canadian Business College from 1997 to 1998 and obtained an MCSE & MCP+I degree in Microsoft Certification. Mark then attended Centennial College from 1990 to 1994, studying Creative Advertising and Marketing. In 2014, Mark obtained the ITIL - Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Global Knowledge Training.
