Marcela Elgueta Morales

Marcela Elgueta Morales has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Coordinadora proyecto Antofagasta and Relatora de cursos de formación docente at APTUS since March 2011, where course topics have included the introduction of the Matte Method for literacy and reading comprehension as a transversal skill. Prior to this role, Marcela held positions as Asesora pedagógica in language and communication and as a basic education teacher specializing in language and communication at The Giant School from March 2007 to February 2012. Marcela's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Leadership and Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2021-2022), a Postgraduate degree in Language and Communication from Universidad de Antofagasta and CPEIP (2007-2008), and a Bachelor's degree in General Basic Education from Universidad de Antofagasta (2003-2006).
