Melissa Aldoroty

Melissa Aldoroty is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Director of Service Excellence at APTUS Treatment Centre since November 2022, where oversight includes ten supported living homes, adult day services, and two school programs. With a background in various leadership roles, Melissa has held positions such as Practice Engagement Specialist at CarePoint Health Mississauga and Clinical Manager for Seniors Mental Health Services at Trillium Health Partners. Previous roles include Manager of Clinical Programs at Mississauga Halton LHIN and Interim Clinical Program Lead at Health Shared Services Ontario. Melissa's initial career included positions as an Occupational Therapist across multiple agencies. Melissa holds a Masters of Health Management from DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, and a B.Sc. in Psychology and Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto.
