Mauricio Paranhos

Mauricio Paranhos has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Mauricio has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career, starting as a Help Desk Assistant at BRNet Serviços e Consultoria LTDA and later moving on to work as a Network Administrator at Terra. Mauricio then transitioned to work as an Information Security Project Manager at Modulo Solutions for GRC and TIM Brasil, where they were responsible for project management and the development of customized solutions. Mauricio also served as an Information Security Project Manager at Cipher Segurança da Informação, where they led information security projects and pre-sales activities for customers in the DF. Mauricio furthered their career at NCT Informática, working as an Information Security Consultant, and at Apex-Brasil, where they held the role of Information Technology Executive Manager. At Fortinet, Mauricio worked as a Major Account Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of government and private sector accounts. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Apura Cybersecurity Intelligence. Throughout their career, Mauricio has demonstrated their ability to successfully manage clients, deliver business and technical presentations, and oversee the entire sales cycle.

Mauricio Paranhos has a Master's degree in Knowledge and Information Technology Management from Universidade Católica de Brasília, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Mauricio also has a degree in Technology in Data Processing from Cesubra, earned from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications in various areas of information technology and security.
