Cindy Yixiao He

Cindy (Yixiao) Cindy （Yixiao） currently serves as a Senior Customer Support professional at Aputure, starting in June 2024. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Senior Operational Specialist at Insta360 from July 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading the US customer support team and enhancing team performance through training programs.
