Cindy (Yixiao) Cindy （Yixiao） currently serves as a Senior Customer Support professional at Aputure, starting in June 2024. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Senior Operational Specialist at Insta360 from July 2020 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading the US customer support team and enhancing team performance through training programs. Earlier experience includes working as an Automobile Sales Agent at Carlink from August 2017 to June 2020, focusing on building customer relationships and driving sales. Cindy also completed an internship in marketing at FLOAT PRODUCTIONS LIMITED from January 2016 to May 2019. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Santa Monica College.
