Emily "Rachel Bell possesses diverse experience in union representation, postal services, marketing, and sales. As an APWU Union Labor Representative since June 2020, Rachel has effectively managed claims for over 600 union members across 68 offices. Concurrently, in the role of Rural Carrier Supervisor at the United States Postal Service, Rachel oversees a high-volume operation of 56 routes and leads a team of over 70 employees.
