Galina Klimchuk

Galina Klimchuk has extensive experience in the field of customer service and supervision, currently serving as a Monitoring Supervisor at Vivint since August 2005. In this role, Galina maintains situational awareness within the Call Center, prioritizing and directing staff activities to achieve departmental goals while also conducting quality assurance evaluations. Prior to this position, Galina worked as an Interpreter for Slavic Translation Services from March 2002 to July 2005, providing essential language support in hospitals and legal settings. Additionally, Galina briefly held the position of Customer Service Representative at Good Samaritan Transportation in early 2005. Galina holds an RN degree in Medicine from North Hennepin Community College, earned between 2002 and 2004.
