Christina Hogan

Christina Hogan has extensive experience in various leadership roles related to human resources and consulting. Christina currently serves as the Human Resources Director at APX Construction Group and as the President of SMAHRA - Southern MN Human Resource Association. Prior to these positions, Christina worked as the CEO of Global Management & Consulting, specializing in business and human resource consulting solutions. Christina also served as the Director State of Minnesota at the Minnesota State SHRM Council. Christina's earlier experience includes roles such as Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President at V-TEK International, where they had corporate oversight of multiple departments including Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Service, and more. Christina has also held positions such as Director of Corporate Compliance and Human Resources Manager at V-TEK International, showcasing their expertise in human capital management, policy development, and compliance.

Christina Hogan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport, obtained from 2017 to 2018. Christina also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they pursued Spanish Language and Culture studies at Estudio Sampere - Escuela de Traductores e Intérpretes in 2003. Christina has obtained multiple certifications, including being a Certified Kaizen Facilitator, Continuous Improvement Professional Award, Project Management Essentials Certified, Change Management Specialist, Corporate Decision Making, Corporate Crisis Management Certified (CCMC), and MSI Fellow from the Management & Strategy Institute. Christina has also obtained several upSkill Micro-Credentials in areas such as Workforce Analytics, Confidentiality and Technology, California HR, and Risk Management from HRCI.
