Zardell A. Matar

Zardell A. Matar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1998, Zardell worked at Tosco Corporation Headquarters in HR employment, recruiting, and employee relations until 2002. Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Genworth Financial, where they scheduled interviews, managed new hire processes, and prepared personnel reports. In 2008, Zardell joined Spa Chakra as a Sales and Operations Manager, responsible for training staff, administering scheduling procedures, and creating and maintaining staff contracts. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Manager at Parfums Christian Dior, planning and coordinating educational workshops and exceeding sales goals. In 2014, Zardell joined Persons Plastic Surgery as a Marketing/Front Desk Coordinator. They then worked as the Marketing Director at Riopelle Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetic Dermatology from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked as the Medical Spa Manager at California Skin Institute. From 2017 to 2019, Zardell served as an Office Coordinator at Dr. Lujan Gabriel DC, where they managed all operations, handled patient flow, and designed marketing media. Their most recent position, starting in July 2019, is as a Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator at Golden State Dermatology, where they manage the patient experience, set and track performance goals, and handle customer objections. In July 2021, Zardell joined Apyx Medical as an Associate Sales Representative.
