Monika Cierniak

Monika Cierniak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Monika started their career in 2005 as Administration Staff at the Complex of Secondary Schools no.2 in Jarocin. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Specialist of Medical Decisions Service at ICR Sp. z o.o. Monika then joined CRC Sp. z o.o. and served as a Study Coordinator from 2013 to 2015, and later as a Clinical Research Manager from 2015 to 2016. Monika then became the Clinical Research Director at the Clinical Research Center Sp. z o.o., where they worked from 2016 to 2021.

In 2018, Monika joined Apzumi as a Business Project Manager and continued in this role until the present. In 2019, they also took on the position of Manager at RÉSONNEZ™, where they worked until August 2022. Monika's work experience reflects a progression in their career, with their most recent roles showcasing their project management and leadership skills.

Monika Cierniak has a strong educational background in the field of international relations and security. From 2006 to 2011, they attended the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations. In 2011, Monika pursued further studies at the same university and completed postgraduate studies in Internal and International Security. In 2012, they also completed another postgraduate study program at the Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, this time focusing on Human Resource Management.
