Katy Finch

Katy Finch currently serves as the Head of Research and Evaluation at AQA, where responsibilities have included roles as Lead Researcher, Assessment Research Project Lead, and Researcher since August 2019. Prior experience includes positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for BSc Psychology and Widening Participation Fellow at The University of Manchester from September 2015 to June 2018, as well as serving as an ESOL Lecturer at Salford City College Group from December 2012 to July 2015 and an English/EAL teacher at Al Maha Academy for Girls from August 2011 to November 2012. Katy Finch holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Second Language Learning and a Master of Research in Psychology from The University of Manchester, along with a PGCE in ESOL from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication Sciences from The University of Sheffield.
