Asher Simcoe

Asher Simcoe is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in campus recruiting. Currently serving as the Head of Campus Recruiting at AQR Capital Management since August 2021, Asher previously held the same title at Cantor Fitzgerald from October 2018 to July 2021. Prior to this, Asher worked at UBS from June 2014 to October 2018 as Associate Director in Talent & Recruiting, managing various roles related to junior talent recruiting. Asher's earlier experience includes positions at Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and WilmerHale, focusing on on-campus recruitment for investment banking and global markets. Asher holds a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University and has also attended the University of St Andrews.
