Eleanor Ye has a strong background in quantitative research and finance. Eleanor started their professional career in 2019 as a Business Associate and Immersive Editor at The Brown Daily Herald, Inc. Eleanor then went on to intern at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange as a Derivatives Intern in 2020. In the same year, they also served as an International Mentoring Program Mentor at Brown University.
In 2021, Eleanor worked as a Cryptocurrency Derivatives Research Intern at Oaktree & Lion. Eleanor continued to gain experience in quantitative research by interning at First Beijing as a Quantitative Research Intern in 2021.
In 2022, Eleanor interned at AQR Capital Management as a Quantitative Research Analyst Intern. Eleanor then joined Brown University as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in 2023. Currently, they are working at AQR Capital Management as a Quantitative Research Analyst.
Eleanor Ye studied at Brown University from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics-Computer Science and History of Art and Architecture. Prior to their enrollment at Brown, they participated in the Yale Young Global Scholars program in 2018, focusing on Sustainable Development & Social Entrepreneurship.
