Sourabh Sanyal

Sourabh Sanyal has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sourabh currently works as a Recruitment Associate at AQR Capital Management since March 2023. Prior to this, Sourabh served as an Associate on the Experience Hire Recruitment Team at Goldman Sachs from June 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Goldman Sachs, Sourabh was the Manager of Talent Acquisition in the Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition team at HDFC Bank. During their tenure from February 2018 to May 2020, they focused on attracting talent for India's top-ranking private bank and implemented various initiatives, including managing tie-ups with external organizations for job-ready candidates, conducting mass recruitment drives, and overseeing relationships with external vendors.

Sourabh also gained experience in talent acquisition at Accenture, where they served in various roles such as Talent Acquisition - Technology from May 2016 to January 2018, Talent Fulfillment Specialist from December 2015 to May 2016, and People Advisor-Senior Analyst from June 2015 to December 2015.

Additionally, Sourabh worked as a Summer Intern at Cisco in April 2014 and as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2012 to May 2013, specializing in SAP Business Intelligence upgrade and contributing to the database shift to the cloud.

Sourabh Sanyal's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Loyola School Jamshedpur for their secondary education. They studied science but did not obtain a specific degree during this period. From 2008 to 2012, Sourabh attended Orissa Engineering College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, Sourabh studied at XLRI Jamshedpur and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Development.
