Kimberly Joyce is the Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs at Aqua America. Kimberly has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, having worked as an Energy Legal Counsel to Commissioner Kim Pizzingrilli at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, as a Law Clerk at the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and as an Energy Legal Assistant at Baker & Botts LLP.

Kimberly is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer, with a deep understanding of the energy industry and the regulatory landscape.
