Jose Ovidio Bessa

Jose Ovidio Bessa is the CEO in Residence at Aqua Capital, with previous experience as the CEO of Agrivalle Brasil and Fertilaqua/ICL. He also served as the General Manager at Consagro Agroquimica LTDA, where he was responsible for the company's start-up and strategy implementation in the Brazilian Agrochemical Market. Throughout his career, Jose has demonstrated strong leadership skills and business acumen, achieving notable accomplishments such as product registration, supply chain optimization, and market access strategy development. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
