Ginger Duhaime

Ginger Duhaime is an experienced leader in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Central Scheduling & Care Coordination Centers at Riverchase Dermatology since August 2021, where significant improvements in contact center metrics were achieved. Previously, Ginger was a Licensed Realtor at Danberry Company for over 27 years, and a Senior Director of Support Services at Velocity, A Managed Services Company, where a SaaS contact center platform was successfully integrated. Additionally, at Owens Corning, Ginger held various leadership roles focusing on contact center optimization, service failure resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Development & Management from The University of Toledo and completed a Customized Corporate Leadership Program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
