Scott de Grasse has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Scott began their career in 1985 as an Account Supervisor at Friedmann & Rose Advertising, where they drove research-based marketing and public relations campaigns to meet client objectives. From 1988 to 1990, they held the position of Account Supervisor at KK&M Advertising, where they focused on elevating client satisfaction and building collaborative relationships.

In 1991, de Grasse joined Franklin Sports as a Division Manager for Baseball & Tactical, where they championed the overall brand and product line strategy. Scott took responsibility for line management, top-line revenue growth, margin contribution, and built key relationships with various stakeholders. During their tenure, they successfully introduced the UniForce brand, targeting law enforcement and first responders.

In 2009, de Grasse joined Smith & Wesson as the Director of Product & Channel Management. Their responsibilities included orchestrating market assessments, identifying new business opportunities, managing product line vitality, and establishing price models and sales parameters for each trade channel. Scott later became the Director of Channel Marketing, where they drove the overall multi-channel strategy and implemented new product launch and promotional support strategies.

From 2013 to 2015, de Grasse worked as the Vice President at Pioneer International Corporation, a sports equipment and accessory marketing and design group. Their role involved specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of team sport and individual sport products/product lines. Scott also focused on the development of proprietary, branded, licensed, and OEM products for direct import.

Most recently, de Grasse held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Product Development at Aqua-Leisure Recreation, LLC. The details of their role are not available.

Scott de Grasse obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Management from New England College, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Before that, they attended Stowe High School from 1976 to 1980.
