In 2000, Singaporean-born British, former lawyer David Yeo, was living in Hong Kong and was encouraged by friends to open a restaurant as a result of his phenomenal at-home entertaining. From a simple 60-cover kitchen, which was a run-away success; Aqua Restaurant Group now continues to grow across the globe.
