Bat-Chen Kessler

Bat-Chen Kessler has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Bat-Chen started their career in 2003 at Adam Milo, where they worked in recruitment and evaluation until 2007. Bat-Chen then joined Metalink as a recruitment specialist before moving to Amdocs in 2008. At Amdocs, Bat-Chen held various roles including recruitment and career consulting specialist, HR professional services group leader, and human resources business partner. In 2015, they joined Zerto as the HR shared services director. Currently, Bat-Chen is working at Aqua Security, where they have served as the head of people engagement and is now the VP people, responsible for leading the global Technology and G&A teams and implementing people strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Bat-Chen Kessler obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University from 2000 to 2002. Bat-Chen then pursued a Master's degree in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in Employer Branding to Attract Talent, People Analytics, and Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification acquired in 2020.
