Jim Rush

Jim Rush has a diverse background in information technology, starting from being a Mac Genius at Apple, to their current role as an Information Technology Team Lead at Aqua Security. With experience in companies like Amazon Robotics and DraftKings Inc., Jim has demonstrated their expertise as a TechOps Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Jim also has experience as an IT Field Technician and IT Support Specialist. Before entering the IT field, Jim worked as a Supervisor at Creative Office Pavilion. Jim has a solid educational foundation from Middlesex Community College. Throughout their career, Jim has focused on rebuilding customer relationships and products, while managing networks and resolving PC and Mac issues for a wide range of users.
