Matthew Yates

Matthew Yates has extensive work experience in the pool management industry. Matthew started their career at Aqua Tech Pool Management in 2004 as an Assistant Manager and later became a Pool Manager. Matthew also served as Director of Safety Training and HR Assistant at the same company. In 2009, they worked as a Lifeguarding Instructor at Charlotte Safety Training. In 2012, they joined Your Event Source as an Event Crew member. Currently, Matthew Yates holds the position of Vice President of Service Division at Aqua Tech Pool Management, LLC.

Matthew Yates attended East Mecklenburg High School from 1999 to 2003, where they received their high school diploma. After that, they went on to study at Appalachian State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physical Education.
