Ron Sciarro

Ron Sciarro is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and managing multiple successful companies. As Co-Founder and Franchisor of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools since 1991, Sciarro has played a pivotal role in establishing the world's largest swim school franchise, incorporating comprehensive swim instruction and drowning prevention education across over 120 communities globally. Sciarro also serves as Co-Founder and President of KTR, an Indoor Action Sports Playground promoting safe physical activity, and as Franchisor and Managing Partner at Uncle Bear's Grill & Tap, known for its welcoming atmosphere and craft beer offerings. Additionally, Sciarro founded Workplace Safety Specialists, a leading provider of environmental health and safety training, and co-founded The Scuba Shop, a premier scuba diving facility in Arizona. As a Co-Founder of Legacy Adventures, Sciarro has facilitated unique outdoor experiences for fathers to bond with their children since 2006.
