Amy Luo is currently an advisor at AQUA. Amy has previously worked as general counsel at Centre.io, co-chair of the Stablecoin Working Group at Blockchain Association, and senior counsel at Coinbase. Prior to that, they were counsel at Atrium and corporate counsel at Audax Group.

Amy has been working in the legal field for over 6 years and has significant experience in fintech and blockchain. Amy is passionate about stablecoins and their potential to positively affect the world economy. In their role at Coinbase, they were responsible for institutional sales/coverage, business development, and stablecoin (USDC/Libra) legal, regulatory, and policy matters. Amy was also the women’s group lead.

Amy Luo has a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, an iBBA from the Schulich School of Business - York University, and a degree in International Business and Korean Language Studies from Yonsei University.
