David Lluncor

David Lluncor is a Principal Engineer at AQUA, a position they have held since November 2015. Prior to this, they were the Head of Automation and Productivity at Instabase from September 2011 to September 2015. In this role, David led a team of 7 full-stack engineers in 2019 and a team of 18 engineers in 2020. David also helped the eng division to grow from 2 to 35 employees. At Instabase, David and their team developed tools to automate any business workflow or data processing need. They launched in 2 countries, drove millions of dollars in savings, and managed the software deliverables for $XXM in contract value.

Prior to their work at Instabase, David was a software engineering intern at Google from January 2010 to December 2010. David was also a student and CSE tutor at UC San Diego from January 2007 to November 2011. In addition, David was a Scholar with Coke Scholars from January 2007 to December 2007.

David Lluncor earned a B.S. in Computer Science from UC San Diego. Prior to that, they earned a high school diploma from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School, where they were a Coca Cola Scholar and won the California State Science Fair.
