Mehdi Abdollahi

Mehdi Abdollahi is currently working as an Associate Professor and Senior Scientist at Chalmers University of Technology. In addition, Mehdi is serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Aquafood AB. Abdollahi has a background in Seafood Science and Technology with advanced degrees from Tarbiat Modares University and Wageningen University & Research, specializing in areas such as 3D Food Printing and improving the quality of fish protein recovery methods.
