Paul Klimek

Paul Klimek has over 30 years of experience in quality management and engineering roles. Paul is currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager at AquaHydrex, where they manage quality initiatives for a green hydrogen start-up. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Quality Manager at Itron, overseeing quality and reliability employees for a communication module factory. Paul also served as a Quality Manager at Parker Hannifin, managing quality, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance employees. Additionally, they were the Director of Quality and Manufacturing Engineering at AMETEK, where they managed engineering and quality employees and oversaw the production side of development projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Plant Manager, Design Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer at MAT Holdings, Inc., overseeing a factory that produces power equipment products. Paul started their career as a Product Engineer at Condux International. Throughout their career, Paul has successfully implemented quality improvement initiatives, achieved cost savings, and driven process improvement.

Paul Klimek earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they pursued Pre Engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1989 to 1991. Later, they completed their Master's Degree in Business Administration at Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1995 to 1998.
