Tenzin Dechen

Senior Customer Success Manager at Aquant

Tenzin Dechen began their work experience in 2013 as an IT Team/Web Publisher for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Tenzin then joined the Office of Tibet in 2014 as a Personal Aide to the Representative in Washington, DC, where they were responsible for various tasks such as managing emails, drafting meeting minutes, and supervising interns. During their time at the Office of Tibet, they also served as the Dalai Lama Graduate Scholarship Coordinator and the Lead Coordinator for the Young Tibetan Leadership Summit 2016. In 2017, they volunteered for one year at the Central Tibetan Administration in India. Since 2019, they have been working at Aquant, first as a Customer Success Manager and currently as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Tenzin Dechen has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science along with a Certificate in East Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2017, Tenzin engaged in an Intensive Mandarin Study program at National Taiwan Normal University. Additionally, Tenzin participated in the Tibetan Youth Leadership Program in Washington DC in 2013.
