Jobin George

Jobin George began their career in 2004 as a Supervisor at Big Bags International Pvt Ltd, where they oversaw the labor of weaving and extrusion section and organized and monitored workflow on the production floor. In 2006, they moved to V.M. Polytex (P) LTD as a Production Manager. In 2013, they joined Al Jabri Plastic Factory as a Manager of Sales & Business Development, where they managed the sales team, monitored the performance of the sales team, and co-coordinated with the production departments. In 2014, they became the Sales and Marketing Manager at United Can Company LLC, where they were responsible for the company's sales and marketing activities, generating new customers, developing new products, and showcasing the company's products. In 2016, they were appointed Plant Head at Sands International Plastics, where they oversaw all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures were followed. In 2017, they moved to Sojitz Corporation as Deputy Manager of Sales and Business Development, where they took care of Sojitz's sales and distribution businesses in the Middle East and East African countries. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Aquapak Polymers Ltd as Technical Sales Manager (EMEA), where they identified and developed new business opportunities for the new and innovative polymer HydropolTM(thermally processable PVOH) and provided relevant technical support in conducting machine trails.

Jobin George completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2002. Jobin then went on to receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing and Testing (PGD-PPT) from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) in 2004. Finally, they obtained their MBA with a specialization in Operation Management from The ICFAI University, Dehradun in 2009.
