Amel Neumann

Amel Neumann currently serves as the Head of Production for RF Products at SWISSto12 since October 2024. Previously, Amel held the position of Head of Operations at TESA Technology from October 2023 to January 2025, managing six departments involved in the supply chain and production process, which included machining, grinding, assembly, logistics, incoming quality control, and S&OP. Significant achievements include stabilizing manufacturing performance post-spin-off, optimizing costs, and reducing inventory levels by 20%. Amel's experience encompasses roles such as Production Engineering Manager at Hexagon-Tesa, where team rebuilding and process optimization were key focuses, and Additive Manufacturing Program Manager at BOBST, leading foundational strategies in additive manufacturing. Additional roles span various engineering and management positions at Schneider Electric, Solarsis, and Delphi, showcasing expertise in mechatronic architecture, solar technology development, and simulation engineering. Academically, Amel holds a Master’s in Material Engineering and has obtained a Black Belt Lean Management certificate.
