Max Phippard

Max Phippard has held several positions in the past decade. From 2008 to 2011, they were a student at Nottingham Trent University. In 2011, they were an Admin Assistant at ET Landnet Ltd. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Near Patient Testing Assistant at Bupa, where they were Team Member of the Month in December 2012 and achieved the best performance in the country in December 2012, January, March, and July 2013. Max'sroles included sorting out and identifying blood samples and tests needed, using, maintaining, and troubleshooting biochemistry and haematology analysers, and undertaking new methods and qualities to ensure reliable results. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at AkzoNobel as a Research and Development Chemist and then a Development Chemist. Max'sroles included creating and developing paint formulations and working within the New Product Development team for Beer and Beverage packaging coatings. In 2019, they became Quality Control Manager and Technical Coordinator at Aquapak Polymers Ltd, where they coordinated the continuous development and improvement of technical and laboratory systems and procedures across the business. Max also validated and tested procedures necessary for the testing and quality assurance of raw materials and finished goods.

Max Phippard obtained their A-Levels from Bennett Memorial in 2006-2008, studying Biology, Chemistry, History, ICT, and Further ICT. Max then attended Nottingham Trent University from 2008-2012, earning a degree in Chemistry. In addition, they have obtained two certifications in First Aid at Work, one from Ultimate Care in September 2020 and one from St John Ambulance in February 2014.
