Lotem Mahluf

Lotem Mahluf is an experienced R&D Project Manager with a strong background in biomedical engineering and innovation in medical devices. Currently working at AquaPass Ltd since September 2023, Lotem previously led research and development projects at Active Implants from March 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included planning projects, budgets, timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new implant generations. Earlier roles included R&D Engineer positions at Active Implants and IVT Medical Ltd., focusing on scientific documentation, algorithm development for knee morphology reconstruction, and the design of wound management devices. Lotem holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2015.
