Matilda Bergström

Matilda Bergström started their work experience in 2018 at Findwise AB as a Management Trainee, where they gained knowledge in advanced search, analytics, and big data services. Matilda then transitioned into the role of IT Consultant, taking on responsibilities as a Product Owner and Scrum Master for a digital internal work hub. Matilda successfully managed design, technical, and non-technical teams in an agile manner while setting strategic goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 2021, Matilda joined Zington as an IT Consultant and took on the role of Product Owner for a digital internal hub. Matilda effectively managed the product backlog and acted as a liaison between product and development teams. Matilda also served as a Scrum Master for three teams, guiding them in delivering value and meeting stakeholder expectations. As part of their development, Matilda participated in the Accelerate program, which provided training, coaching, and leadership development.

Currently, Matilda is working at Temedica as a Scrum Master, where they are involved in the development of a medical device called Orya. Matilda facilitates the use of the right processes, supports the product owner, and fosters an agile way of working to ensure the creation of a successful product. Orya helps patients with psoriasis track their symptoms, log external factors, manage their medication or treatment plans, and recognize disease correlations.

Matilda Bergström completed their education at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Matilda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Logistics Management from 2015 to 2018. Matilda then pursued a Master's degree in Management of Growth (MATIX) from 2018 to 2019 at the same institution. Additionally, they participated in an exchange semester at Macquarie University in 2017, where they focused on Business Administration.
