Reyhan Sengur-Tasdemir

Reyhan Sengur-Tasdemir has a diverse range of work experience. Reyhan is currently working at Aquaporin A/S as the Bio-Membrane Science Manager, a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Formulation Specialist at the same company from November 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Aquaporin A/S, Reyhan worked at the National Research Center on Membrane Technologies (MEM-TEK) as a Researcher from September 2011 to October 2019. During their time there, they worked on various projects related to membrane spinning, nanofiltration membrane fabrication, membrane module potting, and analytical equipment testing. Reyhan also gained experience in liposome preparation and Aquaporin Z incorporation into vesicles.

Reyhan's work experience also includes a role as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Technical University from December 2010 to November 2018. Additionally, they were a Visiting PhD Student at Michigan State University in October 2015, and they had a Summer Internship at Pharmavision in August 2007.

Reyhan Sengur-Tasdemir's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled in Marmara University for their undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering. Reyhan completed their studies in 2010 and obtained a degree with a grade point average of 3.25.

Reyhan continued their academic journey at Istanbul Technical University and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in NanoScience and NanoEngineering from 2013 to 2018.
