Jamie Lamont

Jamie Lamont started their work experience in 2018 as a Summer Intern at First Derivative. They then worked as a Work Placement from July 2020 to June 2022 at the same company. In 2022, Jamie joined Data Intellect as a kdb+ Developer.

Jamie Lamont attended Queen's University Belfast from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Jamie obtained several certifications. They completed the KX Advanced Course and the KX Fundamentals Capstone from KX in June 2023. They also obtained the [PCEP-30-02] PCEP – Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer certification from the Python Institute in June 2023. Furthermore, Jamie earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in November 2022.
