Andy Pacheco

Andy Pacheco is a technical support professional with extensive experience in customer service and problem-solving across various industries. Currently working at AquaStar Pool Products since June 2022, responsibilities include managing warranties, RMAs, and conducting UL/NSF inspections. Prior experience at Waterway Plastics involved quality control and research and development, along with automation system programming and customer service. Andy also has a background in the food industry, having held roles such as customer sales associate at Yankee Doodle Bakery and cook positions at Snapper Jacks Taco Shack and Vallarta Supermarkets.
